In Russia, the state information system (GIS) Stroykompleks.RF will start operating in September to monitor pricing in the construction industry. About it declared Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities Konstantin Mikhailik in a comment to TASS.
“In general, in 2023 we are going according to plan. The most important and significant thing now is that from September 1 we put into operation the GIS “Stroykompleks.RF”. By the end of the year, it is planned to deliver a line of digital products for the industry,” he said.
The Ministry of Construction, Mikhailik noted, will start working in the new system from the beginning of 2024, and business even earlier, since Western companies have finally blocked access to foreign software.
“Russian software products for construction are ready, we have four vendors who have already fully prepared the line, now the designers are already working with them,” he said.
On the commissioning of the GIS “Stroykompleks.RF” into commercial operation this year in April said Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. This system, according to him, will bring all the necessary regulatory documents into a single register, becoming a “single data mart” for making urban planning decisions.
“Do you know what else to think about? About labor resources. It is imperative that such a GIS should have systems related to the possibility of attracting labor resources and optimizing all procedures related to hiring, so that it is simple, comfortable, convenient for people and employers,” he said at a meeting with deputies on April 6.
