The draft list of products, in the production of which fishermen will be able to pay only 15% of the fee for catching water resources, was prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture in April 2023. It included fillet, minced meat and flour from herring and pollock, as well as fillet and minced cod, haddock, pink salmon, chum salmon, coho salmon, chinook salmon, sockeye salmon, sim. The rates themselves were raised in November 2022, and came into force on January 1 this year. The fee, for example, for pollock in the Far East has increased from 2,000 to 4,300 rubles. per 1 ton, cod in the Northern Basin – from 5000 to 7900 rubles. for 1 ton and so on.
