The Minister of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan, Aida Balaeva, asked not to politicize the issue of canceling the performances of comedian Maxim Galkin in the country (included by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the list of foreign agents).
As the minister admitted, the cancellation of Galkin’s concerts is due to “household issues.”
She added that there is no hidden subtext in the cancellation of the comedian’s show. The concert organizers, in turn, admitted that the performances were canceled due to renovations at the concert venues.
