The structure of billionaire Alexander Klyachin sold the Moscow Karat processed cheese factory, which it bought several years ago. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, on September 21, 2023, 99.9% in Karat Investments LLC, which owns Karat JSC, became the property of entrepreneur Alexander Voznesensky.
