The Crimean telecom operator K-Telecom plans to begin work in the Lugansk People’s Republic by the end of 2023, the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan told Kommersant.

According to officials, the company is now completing the construction of networks and base stations in the LPR. By the end of the year, K-Telecom plans to begin full-fledged operations.

Earlier, another Crimean telecom operator, Miranda-Media, opened sales of SIM cards in Lugansk and Krasnodon.
