The head of the board of directors of MTS, Felix Yevtushenkov, notified of the voluntary resignation of the chairman, a member of the board of directors of the company, according to an MTS message published on the information disclosure website. Mr. Yevtushenkov has been heading the board of directors of the company since June 2019. Who will take the position of Mr. Yevtushenkov, MTS and AFK Sistema did not specify.

Earlier, April 12, UK imposed sanctions against family members of the largest shareholder of AFK Sistema PJSC Vladimir Yevtushenkov, including Felix Yevtushenkov.

The consolidated revenue of the MTS Group in the fourth quarter of 2022 increased by 1.6% year-on-year, to RUB 144.4 billion. The revenue of the MTS group for 2022 increased by 2.6%, to 541.7 billion rubles. Group OIBDA for the fourth quarter of 2022 amounted to RUB 55.6 billion, while the adjusted figure for 2022 was RUB 224.3 billion.
