The head of Rosvodokanal, Anton Mikhalkov, who previously owned 10% of the company, is appealing the court’s decision to establish subsidiary liability in the bankruptcy case of one of the contractors. Russian Railways. This was reported to Vedomosti by a representative of Mikhalkov.
We are talking about the company “Inzhputstroy”, which owed creditors 1.34 billion rubles. and is in bankruptcy. The bankruptcy trustee of Inzhputstroy, Mikhail Isaev, told Vedomosti that the size of Mikhalkov’s liability was set at 1.35 billion rubles.
“Mikhalkov as the main beneficiary [«Инжпутьстроя»] brought to subsidiary liability in full of all creditors’ claims,” Isaev specified. This information follows from the ruling of the court of first instance – the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
On August 8, the court published the operative part of the decision on determining the amount of liability of each of the persons brought to subsidiary liability.
Now the appeal procedure is ongoing, a representative of the businessman told Vedomosti. In particular, he clarified, an appeal against the court ruling is being prepared.
