The fishing company Dobroflot is asking the government to change the conditions for subsidizing cargo transportation along the Northern Sea Route (NSR) so that operators of refrigerated vessels for transporting fish can receive budget money. This is stated in a letter from the manager of the Dobroflot Group of Companies, Alexander Efremov, to the government apparatus (available from Vedomosti).
Dobroflot asks the government to extend subsidies to regular flights by refrigerated vessels from fishing areas in the Far East or from ports of the macroregion to ports in the North-West.
