The government has expanded the access of manufacturers of goods for the disabled to state support measures, the relevant resolution signed Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. Now such manufacturers can receive subsidies from the federal budget for complex projects for the development, testing and production of rehabilitation products.
Initially, organizations included in the list of economic entities that are manufacturers of products for the rehabilitation industry could apply for these subsidies. Now those who are not included in this list can receive payments. To do this, manufacturers need to provide the Ministry of Industry and Trade with the documents required for inclusion in the list, and confirm the availability at least 90% of the proceeds from the sale of rehabilitation products in the current calendar year.
- Subsidies are allocated for projects calculated for a maximum of three years.
- For each project, you can receive up to 50 million rubles.
- You must take part in product testing yourself citizens with disabilities.
- In order to receive state support, organizations must pass competitive selection.
Applicants are evaluated by an interdepartmental commission, which includes representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Finance, the Federal Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise, the Social Fund and industry experts.
