You can get a loan under the “Preferential Mortgage” program with a rate of up to 7% per annum for the purchase of housing in new buildings, the construction of a private house or the purchase of a land plot for its construction. The Family Mortgage Program provides loans for the same purposes at a reduced rate of up to 6% per annum.

The maximum amount of a subsidized loan at a preferential rate in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Leningrad regions under both programs is 12 million rubles, in other regions – 6 million rubles.

As part of the Far Eastern Mortgage program, loans are available at a reduced rate of up to 2% for the construction or purchase of housing. The maximum amount of a preferential loan under this program is 6 million rubles. Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking at the WEF plenary session, announced on the extension of the Far Eastern mortgage until 2030, now the program is designed until the end of 2024.

According to Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, such assistance will allow Russians to buy new houses and apartments, and the construction industry will receive an additional impetus for the development of projects.
