The structure of the Henderson retailer, Tami and Co LLC, acquired a 959 sq. m and a plot under it of 0.06 hectares on Kuznetsky Most in the center of Moscow. This follows from the information published in the SPARK-Interfax system. It also says that the deal was approved in early December, its amount amounted to 1.2 billion rubles. A representative of Henderson confirmed the information about the purchase of this object. According to him, the company plans to use it to host a flagship salon.
Hartney Enterprises Limited could not be reached for comment; the ultimate beneficiary of this firm is unknown. According to SPARK-Interfax, Aysel Trudel is the head of its branch in Moscow. A woman with the same name and surname is the creator of the Aizel multi-brand boutique, which sold many luxury clothing brands such as Gucci, Burberry, Loewe and so on. The building on Kuznetsky Most previously housed the flagship store of the Massimo Dutti retailer, part of the Spanish group Inditex. Trudel in 2019 was included in the list of the most influential people in the world of fashion, compiled by the industry portal Business of fashion. RBC also reported that Bonum Capital and Genome Ventures (the fund of the former head of the presidential administration Alexander Voloshin and the former head of the UBS Securities investment company Marlen Manasov) invested in her company. Trudel did not respond to Vedomosti’s request.
