Nizhny Novgorod LLC “Specialized Developer “Striar”” became the new owner of the building, which previously housed the largest office of the American IT corporation Intel in Russia. According to the newspaper “Vedomosti”, the total area of ​​the building is 10.85 thousand square meters. m. The deal also included three land plots with a total area of ​​1.3 hectares.

Let us recall that in January 2024, Intel sold the former office building in Nizhny Novgorod to the Regional Development Corporation. As Kommersant-Privolzhye found out, the American IT company then considered that the Development Corporation was the most trustworthy as a buyer, since it was close to the state.

Agreements have been reached with the new owner of the building that it will become part of the Nizhny Novgorod IT hub and will house the digital “School 21” from Sber.

According to SPARK-Interfax, Specialized Developer “Striar” LLC was established in Nizhny Novgorod in April 2023 with an authorized capital of 10 thousand rubles. The general director of the enterprise is Valery Demidov. The company is owned by former deputy governor Anton Averin (34%) and deputy of the Nizhny Novgorod regional legislative assembly Valery Antipov (66%).
