The Federal Property Management Agency has received direct control of 59.8% of the shares of Territorial Generating Company No. 2 (TGK-2), as follows from the company’s disclosure. IN message TGK-2 notes that without taking into account the decision of the board of directors on non-payment of dividends, the share of voting shares of Rosimushchestvo will be 60.48%.
The basis for the transfer of shares to the Federal Property Management Agency is the decision of the Leninsky District Court of Yaroslavl dated July 14, 2023. The date of acquisition of the right of disposal is December 29, 2023.
According to decision court, 83.8% of TGK-2 shares were converted into state revenue. These include 9.5% shares of Kores, 27% shares of Debt Agency LLC, 14.5% shares of Janan Holdings Ltd, 1.5% shares of Litim Trading Ltd, about 7.3% shares of Raltaka Enterprises Ltd and 23 .59% shares of Kostroma Kogeneratsiya Ltd.
By data Kommersant, shares of TGK-2 came under the control of Gazprom Energoholding LLC (GEH) in October. In December 2023, the General Director of GEKh Denis Fedorov stated that his company did not receive shares in TGK-2. “Not yet, the shares are, as far as I understand, in the process of being transferred to the Federal Property Management Agency. We haven’t received TGK-2 yet,” he said (quoted from TASS).
