AI-95 gasoline on the St. Petersburg International Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange (SPbMTSB) fell below 50 thousand rubles for the first time since March 21. per ton, up to 49,866 rubles. (-0.51%). The cost of AI-92 gasoline dropped to 47,500 rubles on November 23. per ton (-0.34%).
The cost of summer diesel was 56,217 rubles (-0.48%), off-season diesel – 56,122 rubles. (-0.18%). Winter diesel fell in price by 0.11%, to RUB 69,226. per ton. The cost of liquefied hydrocarbon gases amounted to RUB 35,727 (-0.69%). The price of heating oil, on the contrary, increased to 17,105 rubles. (+5.69%).
On September 21, the Russian government introduced a ban on the export of gasoline and diesel fuel. The purpose of the embargo was to saturate the domestic market with fuel and reduce prices. On October 6, the government eased the embargo by allowing pipeline exports of diesel fuel. November 17 the government lifted the ban on gasoline exports, November 22 — for the export of summer diesel fuel.
