The AI-92 gasoline grade on the St. Petersburg International Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange fell in price today, November 16, to 49,287 rubles. per t (-4.03%), AI-95 – up to 52,386 t rub. per ton (-2.74%). The cost of summer diesel fuel in the European part of Russia fell to 59,153 rubles. per t (-3.58%), follows from data SPbMTSB.

In addition, based on the results of the trading session, up to 57,429 rubles. per ton, inter-seasonal diesel fell in price (-2.14%), as well as winter diesel fuel – to 69,047 (-1.84%). The cost of fuel oil today increased by 0.9% and reached 16,458 rubles. per ton. Liquefied hydrocarbon gases fell in price to 31,481 rubles. per ton (-2.7%).

At the end of October, wholesale gasoline quotations on the stock exchange fell to May levels, but in early November stock prices went up again. Thus, on November 9, AI-92 and AI-95 rose in price by 2.5% and 1.4%, respectively. This comes amid rumors that restrictions on gasoline exports will soon be eased. That the government is discussing lifting the ban on the export of AI-95 and AI-92 confirmed Head of the Ministry of Energy Nikolai Shulginov.
