The Commission is now looking into possible violations of the DSA by AliExpress “in areas related to risk management and mitigation, content moderation and internal complaints mechanism, transparency of advertising and moderation systems, seller traceability and access to verification data.” AliExpress said it is cooperating with the regulator as part of this investigation and is committed to maintaining DSA standards and requirements.
