The euro exchange rate fell below 95 rubles for the first time since June 2023 – Kommersant

The euro exchange rate dropped below 95 rubles during trading on the Moscow Exchange. The last time the European currency reached such a level was June 29, 2023.

As of 17:25, the euro rose to 95.92 rubles. (-0.08% from the previous trading day). By 17:25, the US currency is trading at 88.05 rubles. (+0.52%). The yuan depreciates by 0.06%, to 12.13 rubles.

Last week, the euro fell to 96 rubles, the dollar – 87 rubles. This happened after yuan from the National Wealth Fund began to flow into the market. According to experts, in the next month the dollar exchange rate will be around 85 rubles, the euro – 93 rubles, the yuan – 11.8 rubles.
