The ruble has accelerated its fall since last week. The dollar on the Moscow Exchange exceeded 90 rubles/$ after the OPEC+ decision to reduce oil production. The day before, VTB head Andrei Kostin said that he saw no reason for the strengthening of the Russian currency. However, in his opinion, the value of the dollar will not reach 100 rubles.
