The dollar exchange rate exceeded 92 rubles – Kommersant

The dollar exchange rate is growing during trading on the Moscow Exchange. As of 15:31 Moscow time, the dollar was trading at 92.2 rubles/$ (+0.48%), the euro – 100.4 rubles/€ (+0.62%). The yuan rose in price by 0.06%, to 12.8 rubles, follows from data trading platform.

March 7 Bank of Russia extended until September 9, 2024, restrictions on foreign currency cash withdrawals. According to the restrictions, until the specified date you can withdraw no more than $10 thousand or the equivalent amount in euros. The regulator explained that the restrictions remain due to the current sanctions against the Russian Federation, which prohibit Russian financial institutions from purchasing the cash currency of Western countries.
