The deal on the purchase of SMP Bank by Promsvyazbank (PSB) may be completed before the end of 2022. This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Alexei Moiseev.
“I hope that this year (the deal will go through.— “b”) … The assessment has already been, now we are entering the finish line, ”Mr. Moiseev told reporters (quoted by TASS).
The fact that PSB, which is the backbone for the military-industrial sector, can buy SMP-Bank from the Rotenberg family, “Kommersant” found out in June.
