The court forbade transferring the dispute of the Rostec structure with Airbus abroad

On May 29, 2023, the Moscow Arbitration Court imposed a ban on the consideration of the dispute between Aviacapital-service (AKS, Rostec’s leasing company) and Airbus in foreign instances. This follows from the case file on the website of the Moscow arbitration.
The AKC filed a lawsuit seeking an injunction against Airbus at the International Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris on 26 April. The dispute concerns a $5.1 million advance that a leasing company transferred to a European aircraft manufacturer, according to the case file. The funds were to be used to pay for future deliveries of long-haul Airbus A350 aircraft for Aeroflot.
