The court decided to collect a controlling stake in TGK-2 to the state’s income

The Leninsky District Court of Yaroslavl recovered the shares of TGC-2 PJSC, informed Kommersant-Yaroslavl. The lawsuit was filed by the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, among the defendants in it are offshore structures that own 81.66% of TGC-2.
The lawsuit was filed by the Prosecutor General’s Office on June 28. The beneficiary of the company is the former senator Leonid Lebedev, who left Russia.
The defendants were Janan Holding Limited, Kostroma Kogeneratsia Limited, Litim Trading Limited, Raltaka Entaerprises Ltd, as well as Debt Agency LLC, Korest Invest LLC and Mr. Lebedev.
In recent years, the management of the energy company and Leonid Lebedev himself have become defendants in several criminal cases, which, according to lawyers, could be the reason for filing a lawsuit.
The court considered the claim throughout the day, its decision has not entered into force and can be appealed.
