The founder and owner of the Invitro laboratory network, Alexander Ostrovsky, sold the company to businessman Roman Mironchik, a representative of the network told Vedomosti. This information was confirmed by one of the former contenders for this company. The change of the shareholder will not affect the current operating activities of the chain, which will continue to be managed by Yulia Polikhova, the representative of Invitro added.
The amount of the transaction is not disclosed. According to Mikhail Burmistrov, General Director of Infoline Analytics, it could exceed 40 billion rubles. DSM Group CEO Sergey Shulyak estimates the agreement lower – at 30 billion rubles.
