The Central Bank recommended that banks disclose information on the conditions for issuing and servicing debit cards. For this, the regulator has developed a special template in the form of a table (.pdf), which will contain all the information about the cards.

According to the template, the regulator recommends that banks include data on the card tariff, commissions, conditions for withdrawing and depositing cash, transfers between cards, information on overdraft, spending limits and insurance of money on the card.
The Central Bank recommends placing such tables at customer service points in banks, on websites and mobile applications. Banks may also provide clients with tables of card information when consulting.
