The Board of Directors of the GAZ Group recommended that shareholders not pay dividends for 2022 due to “the company’s lack of net profit” for the past year, according to website disclosure. The annual meeting of shareholders will be held on June 29.
The company did not disclose financial indicators for 2022. Last year, the GAZ Group also did not pay dividends. Its shares on the Moscow Exchange today, May 24, decreased by 8.78%, to 742.5 rubles.
Last time, GAZ paid dividends for 2020, but only for preferred shares (4.27 rubles per paper). Then the net profit of the group for the year amounted to 212.9 million rubles.
