The declared dividends will not include interim dividends paid based on the results of nine months (RUB 447 per ordinary share). The register for receiving dividends will close on May 7.
The issue of dividends will be considered at the annual meeting of shareholders on April 26 in the form of absentee voting. A repeat meeting in the absence of a quorum will be held on April 27. LUKOIL’s net profit attributable to shareholders under IFRS for 2023 amounted to RUB 1.155 trillion.
The dividend policy provides for the payment of dividends on shares of at least 100% of adjusted free cash flow (less shares owned by group entities).
