Mr. Simdyakin was elected a member of the Gazprom Management Board for five years at the suggestion of Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Board of the Company.
“The share of participation of this person (Vadim Simdyakina.— “b”) in the authorized capital of the issuer: 0%. The share of the issuer’s ordinary shares owned by this person: 0%,” the message says.
Mr. Simdyakin has been the Director of the Directorate of the Logistics, Refining and Marketing Block of Gazprom Neft since 2021, in March 2023 Was assigned Head of Department 314 of Gazprom.
