The Bank of Russia included the fifth CFA operator in the register

The Bank of Russia has included Distributed Registry Systems LLC in the register of information system operators that can issue digital financial assets (DFA). This follows from the register maintained by the Central Bank.
In total, there are five participants in the register of information system operators. In addition to Distributed Registry Systems, the list includes Atomize, Lighthouse, Sberbank and Alfa-Bank. No one has yet been included in the register of exchange operators, which allows the exchange of DFA between systems.
At the same time, financial marketplaces can become a platform for the secondary circulation of digital financial assets. The corresponding bill was adopted on February 15. However, for this, marketplaces will have to get into the relevant registers of the Central Bank – information system operators or CFA exchange operators.
