The most expensive housing on the primary market in terms of square meters is located in the Tverskoy district (2 million rubles), Khamovniki (1.7 million rubles), Tagansky district (1.3 million rubles), on Yakimanka (1.2 million rub.) and Arbat (1 million rub.).
