The Vladivostok administration recommended that the organizers cancel the Diana Arbenina concert scheduled for February 27. A user of the Telegram channel of Primorye Governor Oleg Kozhemyako asked to cancel the event, but the Municipal Control Center responded that the singer is not a foreign agent or relocant and her activities are not prohibited.
At the same time, the cultural department of the city administration sent a recommendation to the organizers to cancel the concert.
