Iosifov, who played Pinocchio, told how Rolan Bykov got into a fight on the set with a driver
Actor and director Dmitry Iosifov, who played the main role in the film Pinocchio by Leonid Nechaev, shared his memories of filming the film, reports aif.ru.
Iosifov said that he called Rolan Bykov, who played the cat Basilio, “Uncle Rola.” One day, Bykov decided to use the seat of the film crew’s bus to drive it down the hill for one of the scenes. He unscrewed the seat and asked the operator to shoot so that he could not be seen.
By the time the bus driver returned, the chair had fallen into disrepair, and he attacked Bykov, shouting that he was a financially responsible person. The driver grabbed the actor by the breasts and a fight ensued, which was stopped by members of the film crew.
Director Nechaev promised the driver to settle the issue with the seat personally.
