Actor Adylbek Atykhaev, who played in three films of the Russian “Yolki” franchise, died on January 12 at the age of 57. This was reported by the Bazelevs film company, where Mr. Atykhaev worked for more than 20 years.
“On January 12, Adylbek Atykhaev died. We express our deepest and sincere condolences to the family, all relatives and friends,” the film company said in a statement in Telegram. The cause of death is not given.
Adylbek Atykhaev was born in 1966. He took part in the filming of New Year’s films directed by Timur Bekmambetov “Yolki-2”, “Yolki-3” and “Yolki-5”. Mr. Atykhaev played the role of a janitor who worked on Red Square.
