The bailiffs initiated enforcement proceedings against the enterprises of the Pokrovsky concern, the accounts of the companies included in it were arrested, and any movement of funds is prohibited for them, except for salaries, taxes and mandatory insurance and social payments, Kommersant was told in the concern.
The concern’s management fears that the blocking of accounts will lead to the impossibility of mutual settlements between the holding’s enterprises and to the suspension of their work, since agricultural and processing companies will not have the funds to purchase raw materials, fuels and lubricants and other current production needs.
Interim measures were imposed in the course of preparation for consideration by the Labinsk City Court of the Krasnodar Territory of the claim of Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Igor Tkachev on the conversion of the concern’s assets controlled by Andrey Korovaiko to the state.
The court decision on the adoption of interim measures contains a clarification that these measures should not interfere with the activities of enterprises, however, excessively harsh measures were taken as part of the enforcement proceedings, the concern believes.
“The work of one of the largest agricultural holdings in Russia is practically paralyzed – in the midst of the most difficult harvesting campaign for the Kuban, when every day counts,” the concern said in a statement.
The enterprises of the concern are preparing an appeal to the leadership of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia with a request to pay attention to the situation and, before considering the case on the merits, take such interim measures that will not affect the operating activities of the enterprises, explained in Pokrovsky.
