By the end of the year, the Ministry of Digital Development will integrate the Russian LLM model into the public services service, which is designed to simplify the work of users with the service. The project is being carried out by RT Labs (a structure of Rostelecom (MOEX: RTKM)) – the company is testing solutions from Yandex (MOEX: YNDX) and Sber (YandexGPT and GigaChat), training them on citizens’ complaints, messages from officials and responses call center operators. Experts say that such integration will allow models to learn when communicating with users of government services. However, the operator of the state portal will have to solve the problem of secure processing of users’ personal data.
