TCS Group will move to a new headquarters in Moscow by the end of 2023

TCS Group (the parent company of Tinkoff Bank) plans to move its headquarters before the end of 2023, reported “Interfax” with reference to the press service of the company.
“Yes, Tinkoff plans to move to a new headquarters are preserved. The headquarters is designed for approximately 7,500 jobs. The move will take place before the end of 2023,” said a representative of the TCS Group.
In June 2020, TCS Group announced that it had entered into a long-term lease agreement with AFI Development for the AFI Square business center under construction. This business center should accommodate all units included in the group – “Tinkoff bank”, including Tinkoff Business and Tinkoff Investments, Tinkoff Insurance, Tinkoff Mobile, Tinkoff Education, Tinkoff Travel and Tinkoff Development Center – with the exception of regional offices. Now the divisions are based in different districts of Moscow – in the Vodny business centers on Golovinsky Highway, Range on Volokolamskoye Highway and Mirland Plaza in the Savelovsky District.
August 1 Moskomstroyinvest reported in his Telegram channel that AFI Development has completed the construction of the AFI Square business center in the Central Administrative District. The total area of buildings amounted to more than 94,500 square meters. m, of which 78,500 sq. m – leased office space.
On April 28, Interros of Russian businessman Vladimir Potanin announced the purchase of a 35% stake in TCS Group from the family of Oleg Tinkov. The Central Bank approved the deal, its details were not disclosed.
