TASS: the cost of public procurement of foreign cars has doubled since the beginning of the year

According to the results of the first half of 2023, spending on the purchase of foreign cars for government purposes increased by 133% compared to the same period last year. About it informed TASS with reference to the study “Kontur.Torgov”.

According to the results of the study, since the beginning of the year, 464 million rubles have been allocated for state purchases of foreign cars. At the same time, the share of foreign automotive industry in the structure of purchases also more than doubled – from 7.5% to 18.5%.
