SuperJob: average salaries of couriers and loaders increased by 10%

According to the job search service SuperJob, the average salary of couriers and order pickers increased to 60 thousand rubles for the year, loaders – up to 55 thousand rubles, driver-courier – 90 thousand rubles. In general, for 2022, the average market salaries in the field of “transport, logistics, warehouse, foreign economic activity (foreign economic activity)”, excluding inflation, increased by more than 10%.
The maximum salary of a courier has increased to about 100 thousand rubles, a courier driver – up to 170 thousand rubles, loaders – up to 90 thousand rubles, a loader driver – up to 100 thousand rubles. The salary of a picker increased to an average of 60 thousand rubles, the maximum – up to 100 thousand rubles, the salary of a warehouse accounting operator – up to 55 thousand rubles, the maximum – 70 thousand rubles.
In January 2023, the total number of vacancies increased by 5% compared to the same period last year, the number of resumes – by 6%. Compared to December 2022, the number of vacancies fell by 2%, resumes increased by 8%.
The study was conducted on January 27, 2023 in all districts of Russia. Its results are RBC.
Previous January SuperJob showedthat just over a third of companies (36%) have increased their employees’ salaries in the past six months. Another third (33%) did it in the last six months or a year. Every second respondent who received a salary increase saw a 5–10% increase in income.
