Structures of two government departments filed lawsuits against Dell

The analytical center of the Ministry of Education and the IT division of the Ministry of Transport filed lawsuits against the Russian division of the American corporation Dell. The cases were accepted for proceedings in October and November, follows from the materials of the file of arbitration cases. These are the first lawsuits filed by Russian government agencies against an American corporation after it left Russia.

In October, a lawsuit to the Moscow Arbitration Court against the Russian division of Dell was filed by the state-owned enterprise Zashchitainfotrans of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. This company specializes in digitalization and innovation in the transport industry and is a system integrator for the creation, design and implementation of large-scale transport solutions, according to its website. As follows from the information in the file cabinet, on October 10, this federal state unitary enterprise filed a claim for 22.9 million rubles. to LLC “Dell” and to the company “Ayrus Technologies” (specializes in the wholesale trade of computers, components and software). The court accepted the claim for proceedings, scheduling a hearing for early January.
