The new owner of the elite Volga Dacha complex in the Astrakhan region, which was previously built by Oleg Tinkov, became the family structures of the former Minister of Agriculture of Russia and ex-governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Tkachev. About it reported “Kommersant” with reference to data from Kartoteka.ru.

“Volga Dacha”, located on 3 hectares in the Limansky district of the Astrakhan region, is on the balance sheet of “La Dacha Astrakhan”. On October 11, the new owner of this legal entity became Akashevskaya Poultry Farm LLC, which is owned by Maria Lisitsina through Marfininvest. According to the publication, she represents the interests of the Tkachev family.

“Volga Dacha” once belonged to the businessman and founder of “Tinkoff bank” to Oleg Tinkov. In 2016, in an interview with Vedomosti, he said that he was launching his own tourism project – private villas La datcha in the Alpine Val Thorens and Courchevel, the Italian Forte dei Marmi and Astrakhan, which are planned to be rented out to wealthy fans of outdoor activities. Tinkov planned to launch a similar project in Kamchatka, but the project was not completed. Last year, the businessman reported that he sold the Russian assets of La datcha “at the market price.” He did not reveal the buyer. Foreign projects remained with Tinkov.

During this time, La Dacha Astrakhan changed owners several times. Before the poultry farm, its owner was Natalya Dubovitskaya – the namesake of the wife of former assistant to Russian President Vladislav Surkov, writes Kommersant.

According to Stanislav Ivashkevich, managing partner of Ivashkevich Hospitality, the market value of Volga Dacha could be 1 billion rubles. At the same time, the asset is unlikely to be used as a hotel; rather, the investor bought it for personal purposes, Ivashkevich believes.

The fact that the estate complex was put up for sale, Vedomosti wrote at the beginning of July this year. A representative of the NF Group company, which is acting as a consultant on the sale of this asset, told the newspaper about this. According to one of the consultants, the seller wanted to get about 850–900 million rubles for the asset in Astrakhan.
