Stock competition // Features of the exchange circulation of open mutual funds
[ad_1]
The supply of open-end mutual investment funds (OPIF) is increasing at exchange auctions. Traditionally, they can be bought either from the management companies themselves or through agent banks. However, listing on the stock exchange allows investors to purchase and sell shares by seeing their quotes and thereby increasing liquidity. At the same time, management companies charge higher remuneration for active management of a portfolio of open-ended investment funds than for exchange-traded mutual funds (BPIF) oriented towards index strategies.
