STLC received the first 22.1 billion rubles from the National Welfare Fund

State Transport Leasing Company (STLC) received the first funds from the National Wealth Fund (NWF), the press service of the company said. The company’s accounts received 6.622 billion rubles. for the supply of aircraft to the Far Eastern Airlines (Aurora Airlines, – Vedomosti) and 15.45 billion rubles. for the supply of helicopters to Russian operators. With these funds, STLC financed the production of 35 Mi-8 and Mi-171 helicopters.

At the beginning of 2023, the government of the Russian Federation approved four STLC programs that will be implemented using funds from the National Welfare Fund: the production of buses for Russian regions for 73.3 billion rubles. (of which 44 billion rubles are funds of the National Welfare Fund, the rest – STLC), the construction of cargo, passenger, fishing vessels for 231 billion rubles. (136 billion rubles – FNB, 10 billion rubles – the federal budget, the rest – STLC), the production of aircraft and helicopters for the Far Eastern Airlines for 55.1 billion rubles. (49.6 billion rubles – FNB, the rest – STLC), the creation of helicopters for Russian operators for 44.5 billion rubles. (all funds – FNB).

Far Eastern Airlines STLC in 2024 – 2026 will supply 39 aircraft: 8 SSJs, ten LMS-901 Baikal helicopters, 10 Mi-171 A2 helicopters, 11 Mi-171A3 helicopters. Deliveries of 86 helicopters under a separate program are scheduled for 2023-2025.
