After this AST suspended the sale of his books, and the Investigative Committee of Russia excited a criminal case against the writer on charges of publicly justifying terrorism and disseminating deliberately false information about the Russian army (Article 205.2, Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
