Sovcombank’s net profit in 2023 reached a record 95 billion rubles, according to reporting jar. Of this, regular profit amounted to 64 billion rubles, irregular profit – 31 billion rubles.
Sovcombank’s share capital over the past year increased by 60%, to 264 billion rubles. The volume of assets increased to 3.2 trillion rubles. (+46%). Retail interest income amounted to RUB 796 billion. (+36%), corporate loan portfolio – RUB 1.1 trillion. (+38%). Current accounts and customer deposits grew to RUB 2.5 trillion. (+48%).
“For 2025, our plan is to achieve a new record through organic growth in all areas of activity, as well as through synergies from the acquisition of Home Bank,” the company said in a statement.
In February 2024 Sovcombank reported about the intention to buy Home Bank. The deal is expected to be completed before the end of the year. After this, the number of active retail clients of Sovcombank will grow by 50%, to 9 million.
