Softline plans to list shares on the Moscow Exchange - Kommersant

Softline PJSC plans to apply to the Moscow Exchange with a listing of its shares. The company expects that trading in its shares will begin at the end of September.

“It is assumed that trading in shares will begin at the end of September 2023, but not earlier than the settlements within the exchange are completed,” the press release says (quoted by TASS).

In October 2022 Softline completed the process of spinning off the Russian part of the business. In Russia, the company continued to work under the name “Softline Group of Companies”, the international structure changed its name to NOVENTIQ. In April became known on the sale of the Softline group of companies to the fund of the management company TETIS Capital. Employees and management of the company will receive direct ownership of up to 15% of the shares of Softline JSC.
