Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced on holding a tender for the conclusion of the first interregional offset contract in Russia.
The contract involves the supply of medical gloves to Moscow and the Samara region, upon its conclusion, the winner of the tender undertakes to invest at least 100 million rubles in the modern production of nitrile gloves. and localize production directly in the Samara region.
“That is, with the help of Moscow, modern production with new high-tech jobs will appear in the region. The region will receive income to the budget, and the capital will receive quality goods at a bargain price, ”Sobyanin wrote in his Telegram channel.
Both regions will purchase gloves at a fixed price formula for 10 years, ensuring stable supply to medical facilities.
Moscow, according to Sobyanin, has already signed ten offset contracts for the supply of medicines, medical devices and food products for dairy kitchens, the total investment in them will exceed 19 billion rubles.
