The first part of “Slave,” released in December 2019, earned 3 billion rubles in theaters, becoming the highest-grossing film in the history of Russian distribution at that time. In 2023, the record was broken by the film “Cheburashka” by Dmitry Dyachenko, which collected 6.78 billion rubles at the box office.
