Shares of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) and its subsidiary Yakovlev are declining during trading on the Moscow Exchange (MOEX: MOEX). As of 15:00 the company’s securities “Yakovlev” cheaper by 7.06%, to 103.3 rubles. Stock UAC decrease by 5.39%, to 1,797 rubles.

Shares are declining due to the convening of an extraordinary meeting of Yakovlev shareholders yesterday, October 5. On the agenda, according to the message on website Center for Disclosure of Corporate Information, there was an increase in the authorized capital through the placement of additional shares.

PJSC UAC is a Russian aircraft manufacturing corporation, one of the largest in Europe. The enterprises included in the corporation’s structure produce, in particular, Su, MiG, Il, Superjet and MS-21.
