The Arts Festival in Vitebsk began its work on the eve of the official opening with a night concert by Sergei Lazarev. The main intrigue of the upcoming musical festival is who this time will receive a nominal star on the Avenue of Stars.

The artist, therefore, is visible only on the screens and the audience in the first rows, those who took this place at least an hour before the start of the performance. However, the residents of the city and the guests of the festival are still very satisfied: the audience welcomes the performer well, dances and has fun. “I can’t even see where the viewer ends!” Sergey Lazarev was rather glad than complained.
