Yota co-founder Sergey Adoniev received 31.67% of the A-Property Development company, follows from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The company controls the world leader in the extraction and export of high-quality anthracite Sibanthracite. Earlier, Albert Avdolyan, a longtime partner of Mr. Adoniyev, acquired control over it for $1 billion.
Now the share of Mr. Avdolyan in the company has decreased to 36.67%. Another 31.66% was received by the new CEO of Sibanthracite Alexander Isaev. Changes RBC confirmed in the press service of “A-Property”, without commenting on the terms of the transaction. “Adoniev is returning to business, he will be included in other projects that Albert Avdolyan is currently involved in. Parity ownership is expected,” said a source close to Mr. Avdolyan.
One of the founders of the Sibanthracite group is Dmitry Bosov. After it of death in May 2020, courts between the heirs began, as a result, control of the company passed to the parents of Mr. Bosov and four sons from the first two marriages.
