The share of Russian entrepreneur Sergei Gordeev in the capital of the development company PIK became lower than the control one: it decreased from 52.49% to 32.49%, reported “Interfax” company. The Central Trust Company, which manages the closed mutual investment fund Institutional Investments in Residential Real Estate Fund No. 1, received the right to dispose of a 20% share, the agency added.
